Recommended English Poetry

Like its cousin, the song, poetry is great way to savour the richness of the English language.

From the intense works of the war poets Wilfred Owen and Siegfried Sasson, to the atmospheric narrative poems of Alfred Noye's The Highwayman and Alfred Lord Tennyson's Morte d’Arthur, there's something for everyone.
